Arrival time anytime that suits you between around 4.00pm and 6.00pm. Massages are available. Full-body aromatherapy massage; Indian head massage; head, neck and shoulder massage; back massage; Aromatouch, etc. See details here: therapies During Friday evening you are welcome to get to know the other participants on this retreat, by chatting with them informally. Forest Bathing and Nature Experience. Departure by walking to the Reilly and Gole Forest. There is a section in the wilderness off-track, so please bring walking boots, wellies, or a spare pair of shoes. |

Massages available all evening. Dinner from 6.30pm. Ayurveda, the ancient Vedic health system recommends massage and therapies as a being beneficial to one's health.
