Cancellation Policy
Re. Deposit / Prepayment of €175 or £150 per person when 1 or 2 people book a retreat
We can return your deposit if you need to cancel when it is more than 16 days away from the start date of the retreat. However, as the date of the event approaches, it gets less likely that people on the waiting list for this particular retreat will be still available to book it. 

  • More than 16 days (384 hours) before the retreat: You can either get a refund of your deposit (minus a small transaction fee from Stripe), or we can keep it for another retreat — whichever you prefer.
  • With less than 16 days to the retreat: The deposit becomes a paid pre-payment. It is non-refundable and non-transferable. Most guests book several months in advance, making it difficult to fill spaces at short notice.
  • However, if your place does get to be taken by someone else, then we are happy to return your deposit. We have waiting lists for all of our retreats. If you cancel 15 or 12 days before the event is to begin, it is likely that someone else will take your spot. 

Re. Deposit of €175 or £150 per person when 3+ people book a retreat together
  •  If you join us with a group of 3 or more friends, you need to let us know more than 60 days before the event is to begin if you'd like to cancel (if you'd like your deposit to be refunded).

Re. Gift Vouchers
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable, but transferable to anyone that the owner chooses. 
  • Once a retreat event is booked with a voucher, the same terms apply as if the retreat had just been booked in a standard way.
