Cancellation Policy


Re. Prepayment of €150 or £125 Per Person

• Up until 336 hours or 14 days before a retreat begins, you may get a refund of your deposit, or we can keep it for another event - as you like. From 336 hours before the retreat begins, the deposit is a paid pre-payment. It is no longer transferable (to another retreat) or refundable. ​ This is due to the small numbers of guests we accept, and related to the fact that, on average, guests book our retreats around 3 months in advance. 

Re. Gift Vouchers
Vouchers are non-refundable, but transferable to anyone that the owner chooses. Once a retreat is booked with a voucher, the same terms apply as if the retreat had just been booked in the standard way.


​Deposits
Your deposits are stored in financial institutions, namely the Allied Irish Banks, Ulster Bank or Paypal. In the unlikely event that these large institutions were to go out of business, or some event such that they could not release the funds to us, we would regrettably not have the resources to return your money to you. 

Terms and Conditions

Re. Vehicles in Car park
Car owners on our retreats are welcome to leave their vehicles in the car park outside the retreat house. You will be based approximately 5 to 20 metres from your car. Please be aware we can't be responsible for any theft,
​ damage, break-ins.... however our rural area is very safe.
