Introduction to japa mantra walking. Retreat guests may either walk in silence, or walk slowly and peacefully chanting mantra using traditional wooden counting beads. |

Departure for the beautiful Florencecourt Estate for a 1 hour 30 mins forest walk. Walking shoes, trainers or runners are acceptable footwear. Includes a period along a river where we do a silent mindfulness walk. |

Massages available all evening. Dinner from 6.30pm. Ayurveda, the ancient Vedic health system recommends massage and therapies as a being beneficial to one's health. So various aromatherapy massages; head, neck and shoulders massage; reflexology foot massage, sound therapy, etc are available by appointment. See here for details. |
