Silence and Calm:
Vipassana Retreat

Peace and gentle spiritual sounds
March 13-15 2026

Vipassana means "super-seeing", but is often translated as "insight" or "clear-seeing".

Calm body and mind and allow insight to arise through the practice of meditation, mindfulness of breathing and silence. Embrace this rare opportunity to let go of distraction and busyness by turning off your mobile phone, engaging in silence and contemplation, and stilling the choppy waters of the mind to discover what lies beneath.
