Arrival time anytime that suits you between 3.30pm and 6.00pm. Massages are available. Full-body aromatherapy massage; Indian head massage; head, neck and shoulder massage; back massage; Aromatouch, etc. Cost £30 or €35 for 50-mins. Departure for the beautiful Florencecourt Estate for a 1 hour 30 mins forest walk. Walking boots are useful for this, but the track is not so muddy, so ordinary walking shoes or runners are acceptable. |

Massages available all evening. Dinner from 6.30pm. Ayurveda, the ancient Vedic health system recommends massage and therapies as a being beneficial to one's health. So various aromatherapy massages, back massage; head, neck and shoulders massage, reflexology foot massage, sound therapy, etc are available by appointment.
