Depart to visit island temple to hear morning chant music, and hearing from some ancient bhakti-yoga texts written in Sanskrit 5000 years ago. On Saturday morning we travel over using a 19-foot rowing boat. |

Nature Experience and Forest Bathing. Departure to a nearby forest wilderness. Walking boots or wellies are essential if you do not want to get your feet wet. |

Massages available all evening. Dinner from 6.30pm. Ayurveda, the ancient Vedic health system recommends massage and therapies as a being beneficial to one's health. So various aromatherapy massages, back massage; head, neck and shoulders massage, reflexology foot massage, sound therapy, etc are available by appointment. See here for details. |
