​Retreats Based at Shambala

All Retreats have at least 2 night's accommodation, some meditation and yoga, options for massage and other therapies, options to visit the Krishna Island Temple at Inish Rath Island, and 6 Delicious Vegetarian Meals.

9 guests is the maximum number we cater for on weekend retreats.  We can take a larger group for a group day-retreat - up to 20 persons.

​Details of the accommodation: Single rooms or Twin rooms. Most rooms have shared bathrooms.

History of Lake Isle Retreats Year 2006 to 2011 based on Inish Rath Island.  Year 2012: came over to adjacent mainland due to challenges in the 19th century house on the island. Operated retreats in a rented guesthouse from June 2012 until August 2021 on the mainland. From October 2021: Hosting retreats using the Shambala Holistic Centre.

  All prices include:

• Accommodation for two nights
• Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and complimentary herbal teas every day 
• All classes and workshops   

      Fees for retreats:     

• £245 or €280 single room
• £220 or €250 sharing
• £160 or €185 -  retreat price when you stay overnight in a local B&B, in a camper van, or a tent, etc.
• Massage therapies: £30 or €35 for 50-mins 
• Option to stay Sunday night at €40 or £35

(2) If you decide to book we ask for a deposit of €150 or £125 per person.
