Life Coaching gives you the tools to plot your journey through life, from the smallest decisions to the biggest, helping you to establish where you are, where you want to be & to identify any obstacles in your path.

Mindfulness Coaching helps calm the mind & raise overall awareness, helping you to identify the obstacles in both your outer (physical) & inner (mental, emotional, spiritual) worlds. Mindfulness brings heart & compassion to the process, & helps you to embrace your present moment, however difficult, with love.

CBT techniques empower you to patiently & persistently dismantle the mental & emotional obstacles, & their consequences, which block you from achieving your full potential in life.

Life Coaching, CBT & Mindfulness combine to create a holistic & empowering approach to making the most of Life.

Fiona is a therapist with over 25 years experience of holistic health, & a Life Coach with specialisms in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) & Mindfulness Coaching. In both group & one to one sessions, Fiona counsels participants in skills which can be taken away and revisited, adapted & developed over & over again. You will leave this retreat with more gladness in your heart & equipped with an abundance of tools & techniques to use & empower you in your daily life.

Massage & Reflexology are offered on this retreat. Besides Massage there  are a variety of Complimentary or Holistic Therapies available. Whilst Massage helps you to Relax & Release Tension the Holistic Therapies help ro release Stress, Anxiety, calm & quiet the mind & release any emotions you are holding on to. Holistic Therapies are beneficial for Grief, Loss & Depression. These therapies are beneficial for the body, mind & spirit. They work at a deep level to release what may be holding you back.

A 2-hour session with relaxation periods. Introduction to mindfulness, CBT and Life Coaching with Fiona Gracey.

Take a ferry boat over to Inish Rath Island (across 300 metres of lake water) to visit the Krishna temple and observe the early morning temple chants and services. We recommend this option.

Life Coaching talk, plus guided meditation and 15-minutes of Chi Kung (Qigong) with Fiona

Cross over to island for temple visit and simple relax time. Observation of sacred chant experience in Temple (this is a 30 minute event attended by day-visitors every Sunday) followed by a lecture, or use this time to relax and explore the holy island

​Lunch on the island. Ferry returns to the mainland at 3.00pm.

  • £245 or €280 single room from Friday until Sunday
  • Twin room:  £220 or €250 per person
