A relaxing retreat featuring massage, meditation and chilling-out. Plus, time for healthy lakeside walks out in the countryside. The yoga class is suitable for someone with little or no yoga experience.
A boat service is provided as an option if you desire to visit the temple on Inish Rath Island before yoga for a morning chant with cymbals. This has proven to be a peaceful and spiritual way to start the day. |

Option to meet Tim in the dining room, and then attend the Temple chant music service (Optional) Attendance at the 'Greeting of the Deities' in the temple. This ceremony begins with some spiritual music arranged by George Harrison (of the Beatles) in 1970 - George played the harmonium for the recording. The programme continues with some chant music and an arati - aratis are ancient ceremonies that have taken place in Hindu and Buddhist temples for millennia. Afterwards there is a talk on the Srimad Bhagavatam, a Sanskrit philosophical text. Guests are welcome to stay for as long as they like, or may relax elsewhere on the island, as they wish. |

Depart for 1 hour 30-mins walk at Crom estate. Earth meditation along the path. See castle ruins, two gnarled ancient trees (over 1000 years old), walk through the lake-side estate and along a forest track on a wooded island. Either we can stay together as a group or you can set your own walking pace - there is a printed map of the walking tracks around the 2000 acre estate. We do car-sharing to get to this local attraction along Lough Erne, and the drive time is 25 minutes |
