Relax & Restore Retreat
A relaxing retreat featuring massage, meditation and chilling-out. Plus, time for healthy lakeside walks out in the countryside. The yoga class is suitable for someone with little or no yoga experience.
A boat service is provided as an option if you desire to visit the temple on Inis Rath Island before yoga for a morning chant with cymbals. This has proven to be a peaceful and spiritual way to start the day. |
