Naam-Avatar Mindfulness is suitable for anyone new to meditation, or for people with more experience. Arrival time anytime that suits you between around 4.00pm and 6.00pm. Massages are available. Departure for the beautiful Florencecourt Estate for a 1 hour 30 mins forest walk. Walking shoes, trainers or runners are acceptable footwear. Includes a period along a river where we do a silent mindfulness walk. There is an entry charge to this National Trust attraction (£7.50) |

Massages available all evening. Dinner from 6.45pm. Ayurveda, the ancient Vedic health system recommends massage and therapies as a being beneficial to one's health.
