Naam-Avatar Mindfulness is suitable for anyone new to meditation, or for people with more experience. Arrival time anytime that suits you between 3.00pm and 6.00pm. Massages are available. Full-body aromatherapy massage; back massage; head, neck and shoulder massage; Sound Therapy; Aromatouch, etc. Cost £30 or €35 for 50-mins. See info Therapies |
