The morning yoga is energetic, and suitable for first-timers or people with some experience. Note: the schedule of this weekend has plenty of outdoor activities. If you are interested in investigating philosophy or spiritual wisdom on this weekend you'll have to (1) go over to island for the morning programme at 6.30am on Saturday and / or talk to Tim individually, or request Tim to arrange a meeting with a monk or nun. You can also purchase books on Eastern philosophy at the Centre.
